• Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within [15 days] from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

 

• Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized prints, as well as items marked as final sale, are non-returnable.

 

• Return Process: To request a return or exchange, please mail us at matsyaprints@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product.

 

• Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
